2 Ingredient Macaroons! - The Colourful Housewife

What you’ll need:

500g desiccated coconut
1 tin (395g) sweetened condensed milk


Step 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Step 2. In a bowl, combine the coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
Step 3. spread mixture into a baking tray.
Step 4. Place into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
step 5. let cool then cut into squares and serve.

You can drizzle some melted chocolate over the top if you like
