Day one is this super yummy, Roast chicken & vegetable pasta tossed in burnt butter & sage.
Serves 4- 6 people
You will need:
1/3 butternut pumpkin
1 whole red capsicum
1/2 a Woolworths BBQ chicken
3 tablespoons of butter & half a teaspoon on sage.
1 Packet of pasta
- Dice zucchini and pumpkin, and slice capsicum into 4 and roast in oven on 180 for 30 minutes.
- While you boil up pappardelle, add butter and sage to a hot pan pan.
- Toss through the pulled apart woolworths BBQ chicken and add roasted vegetables.
- Add drained pasta and garnish with a little parmesan to taste.
- Serve up and enjoy!
