Chocolate Coconut Rough Brownies - The Colourful Housewife

What you’ll need:

Base:

1 cup self raising flour
1 tbsp Cocoa
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/3 cup caster sugar
90 g butter, melted
30 g of coconut oil

Topping:

1 tbsp Cocoa
3/4 cup Condensed Milk
100 g Dark Cooking Chocolate, melted
½ pkt CHOC BITS
2 cups desiccated coconut

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line an 18cm x 28cm lamington tin with baking paper.
Combine Base ingredients and press into prepared tin.
Bake 15 minutes until golden.
Combine Cocoa, Condensed Milk, melted Cooking Chocolate, Choc Bits and remaining topping ingredients and spread over base.
Sprinkle with coconut
Cool then cut into slices.
