Mini Savoury Loaf! - The Colourful Housewife

This recipe is great for dad to take to work or great for a picnic.

You will need:
10 olives pitted
40gm or sundried tomato’s with oil drained
50gm of fetta
half a onion
50g of bacon bits
2 eggs
3 cups of self raising flour

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
grease and flour 2 small tins, we use a small log tin.
Combine olives, tomato’s, fetta, onion and bacon bits into a food processor and mix until a smooth paste is formed.
Add the flour and eggs and mix well.
Pour mixture into tins.
Cook for 35-35 minutes until the outside is golden.
Allow to cool in tins for 10 minutes then tip onto tray.
Serve warm with butter or have cold with your favourite spread.
